Thank you for listening to my first episode! It's been a challenging yet rewarding process learning how to podcast. Especially when I'm tech-challenged. Yep, that's me! I don't know how to get my pics off my iphone and definitely don't know which of the 3 remotes to start with when turning on the TV. Ha. I hope my intentions of this podcast came through in this episode. It's definitely easy to give into a fatal disease like ALS or anything else that prevents you from living the life you envisioned. So I think it's super helpful and important to put energy in and focus on what's good. Life here goes quick and I hope this podcast inspires you to live your life fully! On Friday the 13th, February 2004 at the age of 37, I was told I have ALS. I’m dying from ALS, yet I’m so encouraged to live life to the fullest.
